Included review of the licensee's security program audit, vital and protected area barriers, security lighting, communications, detection aids, assessment aids, power supply, and locks, keys, and combination The inspection involved 60 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors. Ten inspection hours were accomplished during offshift period Results:

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the nine areas examined during the inspection except for the following four items: Physical Barrier -

Insecure grates and hatches provided unauthorized access into a vital area (50-261/80-09-01). Detection Aids - An exit door in a vital area was not equipped with an intrusion detection alarm (50-261/80-09-02).

3. Detection Aids - Tamper indicating capability could not be demonstrated in a protected area alarm system (50-261/80-09-03). Assessment Aids - Operable CCTV equipment dedicated to surveillance of a vital area did not provide an acceptable level of observation (50-261/80-09-04).
