additional example of a surveillance which was performed, but not at the correct frequency. WCNOC is continuing to assess completion of past Technical Specification surveillances through our Design Bases / Licensing Bases review, System Functional Assessments, and the Generic Letter 96-01 review. Editorial I changes were made to Attachment One and Attachment Two of the LER for completeness of information. This LER is being reported pursuant to 10 CFR 50.7 3 (a) (2) (i) (B) .
