Revision 0 of LER 93-012-00 prescribed corrective action regarding the primary containment noise occurrences noted during heat-up following an extended shutdown period. During a telecon between WCNOC and Mr.

William Johnson, Mr. Tom McKer.' ion, and Mr. Jim Stone, it was suggested that l WCNOC issue a supplement to LER 93-012-00 to address the results of the 1
