The attached Licensee Event Reports (LEKS), LER 87-061-00 and LER 91-004-01 are being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(1) concerning a Technical Specification violation.
LER 91-004-01 is a revision of LER 91-004-00 which had an incorrect LER number and event date. This revision and the commitments contained in it have been superseded by LER 87-061-00.
