CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS h l1lo ll The failure of the RWST level instrumentation was due to the transmitter base ' l l111ll freezing. The transmitters were thawed and returned to service on January 19, l l1l2 ll 1983, with the exception of LT-991 which was damaged. Insulated enclosures l l3l3ll and additional permanent heat trace will be installed on the RWST level g
