1?his ieport is a follow-up to our report to Mr. 3. P. O'Reilly dated November 1,1982. In the intial report, this event was determined to be contrary to Technical Specification 3.6.1.2.
As this event occurred due to failure to prove operability following maintenance on a l containment isolation valve, this event is being reported under Technical Specification 3.6.3.1.
