Enclosed please find Licensee Event Report No.82-073 and the attached supplementary information sheets. This letter is a follow-up report for our letter to Mr. 3. P. O'Reilly dated November 29, 1982. The initial report indicated that Florida Power Corporation had i exceeded Environmental Technical Specification requirements in section 2.4.1.A and 2.4.1.D. Recalculation of the release indicated that limits in ETS 2.4.1.A had not been exceeded.
Report No.82-073 is submitted in accordance with ETS 5.6.2.A.
