Attached is the announcement made by Executive Vice President J W Reynolds concerning organizational changes affecting Energy Supply and Projects, Engineering and Construction. The Midland Project Organization now reports to J W Reynolds. S H Howell, the Executive Vice President formerly in charge of Midland, still retains certain executive overview responsibilities for the project. These involve the resolution of the legal proceedings surrounding the project and the possible sale of one or both of the units.
