UNITS 2 AND 3 DOCKET NOS. 50-361 AND 50-362 (1) What is the surveillance frequency of the reserve auxiliary transformers (RATS) and unit auxiliary transformers (UATs), and when were the last surveillances performed on these transformers?

(2) Provide the specifications for the RATS and the UATs, including their impedances.

(3) Is a UAT capable of supporting the LOCA loads of one unit and the safe shutdown loads of other unit? What tests were performed to demonstrate this capability?

(4) Provide drawings showing the connection to the opposite unit's RAT and UAT.

(5) Describe the protection and coordination process when the UAT will be ,

used as the second source of offsite power for the opposite unit.

(6) Discuss the adequacy of voltage and frequency at the load terminal when )

the UAT will be used as the second source of offsite power for the opposite unit.

(7) Discuss the control power availability for the required breakers when the UAT will be used as the second source of offsite power for the opposite unit. l (8) Provide the details of the overlapping tests referred to in the l amendment application submittal. '

(9) Discuss the impact of short circuit current on circuit breakers when the UAT is the second source of offsite power for the opposite unit.
