REVISED SITE EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. L31030)

Dear Mr. Goodwin:

This refers to your letter dated November 6,1997, in which you submitted changes to your Site Emergency Plan (SEP). We have completed our review of the submitted changes, and have determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your SEP and are within the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(i). Accordingly, the revisions to your SEP are acceptable and Safety License Condition S-3 of your License SNM-1107 will bo updated in a future license amendment to reflect these changes.

Enclosed is a copy of the SER.

In your April 7,1998, lettar in response to NRC's request for additional information, you {

stated in Attachment A, item 4, that in the next revision of Emergency Procedure A-04, Revision 2, dated August 25,1997, the examples that were noted to be missing would i be included. NRC expects this to be completed in a timely manner. i in addition, as discussed in a May 6,1998, teleconference call between E. Flack of NRC and J. Heath of Westinghouse, Westinghouse agreed to provide annual evacuation training for all plant personnel which addresses: (1) the voice communications system, (2) manual fire alarm pull stations, (3) the criticality siren, (4) flashing blue beacon and message waming panels, (5) evacuation routes, (6) assembly
