SECURITY OFFICER INVOLVED IN A HOMICIDE

' On April 1,1989, a female security officer, employed by the" licensee but on vacation at '

.the time, allegedly shot and killed a boyfriend-after a domestic quarrel at his residence. .The weapon used was not connected to her employment.

The-licensee advised. Region I at 1:30 p.m., this date, that the-individual will be'~

arraigned this afternoon.on a charge of criminal homicide.

The licensee has taken appropriate measures to preclude the individual from returning to

work pending the outcome of the case.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has been informed.
