(UPDATE) PLANT OUTAGE -- RESTART The plant was restarted on February 4, 1986, and is currently at 88 percent power.
The startup went smoothly and the licensee plans to raise the plant to full power later today. During the outage which began January 27, 1986, the licensee. replaced six turbine extraction steam bellows inside the main condenser.
The resident inspectors are following events on-site. The PN update is for information only and is current as of 9:00 a.m., February 5. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has been notified.
