' On April 1,1989, a female security officer, employed by the" licensee but on vacation at '
.the time, allegedly shot and killed a boyfriend-after a domestic quarrel at his residence..The weapon used was not connected to her employment.
The-licensee advised. Region I at 1:30 p.m., this date, that the-individual will be'~

arraigned this afternoon.on a charge of criminal homicide.
The licensee has taken appropriate measures to preclude the individual from returning to
- work pending the outcome of the case.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has been informed.
