The information is as initially received without verifi-cation or evaluation and is basically all that is known oy NRC staff on this date.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOUND ONSITE About 12:35 AM on April 25, 1986, a contract laborer employed by the licensee found a small amount of marijuana (less than one ounce) in a personnel change facility within the protected area. The substance was immediately turned over to plant security personnel. The licensee is conducting an investigation and will notify the Pennsylvania State Police. The NRC was notified at 10:30 AM on April 25, 1986. Onsite NRC personnel will follow licensee actions.
