August 20,1999 was the last day of employment at the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) for Mr. Anthony Schoone. He had been an employee at MURR since 1982 and was serving as the Reactor Manager when he terminated his employment. I assumed the position of Interim Reactor Manager effective August 20,1999. I am

' knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the Reactor Manager. The Reactor Manager has reported directly to me since 1989 and I was in the position from 1978 until 1989. l l
