This cancellation is required because the Department of Energy has experienced unforeseen technical difliculties at the receiving end. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
We will inform you in writing of the new date for the shipment.
This notification is supplied to comply with 10 CFR 73.37(fX4).
