Corrected pages for the revised MURR Requalif'ication Program submitted January 7,1997 Enclosed are two replacement pages (page 1 and page 3) for the revised MURR Requalification Program we submitted for approval January 7,1997.
These replacement pages correct errors in our earlier submittal which were pointed out by Ted Michaels in a telephone conversation February 6,1997. On page 1 we corrected two references to regulations and on page 3 we added a clarification regarding the conditions when an operator could review taped lectures on shift.
