Dear Ms. Pederson:

In our November 17,1995 letter, we listed on page 3 new controls that would be in place December 18, 1995 to replace the controls given in the CAleRIII-95-004 (CAL). In our December 18,1995 letter, we  ;

inform you of a delay in the implementation of these new controls. The new controls are now l implemented and the appropriate staff members have been trained.

The proper control of MURR irradiated by-product material in room 267 can be easily validated in an inspection under the old or new control and documentation procedures. If there are any questions, please call Charles McKibben (314-882-5204) or John Ernst (314-882-5226).
