Written communication specified in 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4Xiii) regarding changes to the security plan without prior Commission approval as provided for in 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2)

Enclosed are revised pages to the Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR).

This change dot s not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and is being made without prior Commission approval as provided for in 10 CFR 50.54(pX2).

Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2.790(d), we request that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure as it has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORhiATION as per 10 CFR 73.21(bX1). No person may have access to Safeguards Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10 CFR 73.21(c).
