In accordance with the Commission's regulation contained in 10 CFR 50.64(c)(2)(ii) and with reference to the attached le:ter from the U.S. Depanment of Energy, the Oregon State Univerr,ity Radiation Center hereby states that Federal Government funding for conversion of the OSTR i from HEU to LEU cannot be certified and therefore no further action towards conversion will be taken at this time.
