'his Notification is being provided to the Comission in accordance with the revised Comission's notification policy of July 6,1984, to inform the Com-mission on all issues on the cases before the Comission.

By Board Notification Nos.84-149 and 85-047, the staff previded a list of Office of Investigation (OI) reports, by report number and subject, that had been issued on Comanche Peak. This notification is to update the previous two board notifications. Provided is a list of OI reports that have been issued since Board Notification 85-047. In accordance with the ASLB Memorandum dated November 2,1984, the staff will advise the Boards of its view on whether these OI reports are potentially relevant and material to the licensing proceeding by separate submittal.

The parties to the proceeding are being notified by copy of this memorandum.
