REVISION 11 TO THE CPSES OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL (0DCM)
Enclosed is Revision 11 to the CPSES Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM) and receipt acknowledgement sheet. Return the acknowledgement sheet as specified.
In accordance with CPSES Technical Specification 6.14b. this revision of the ODCM becomes effective after approval by the Vice President of Nuclear Operations. The OOCH Revision 11 is effective beginning Novemt'er 7,1994.

Discard the old sheets and insert the new sheets as indicated below.
Holders of the CPSES ODCM should keep these instruction sheets in the front of the Effective Page Listing as a record of the changes, until a new listing is issued.
