BOARD NOTIFICATION - UPDATE OF BOARD NOTIFICATION NO.85-067 PEGARDING OFFICE OF INVESTIGATION STFORTS ON THE FACTS SURROUNDING TUGCO'S WITHHOLDING OF A 1978 MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS COMPANY (MAC) REPORT (BOARDNOTIFICATIONNO.85-076)
This Notification is being provided to the Comission in accordance with the revised Comission's notification policy of July 6,1984, to inform the Comission on all issues on the cases before the Comission.
By Board Notification No.85-067, you were infomed that on June 13, 1985, W.J. Dircks, Executive Director for Operations, requested Office of Investigation (01) to investigate the facts surrounding Texas Utilities Generating Company's withholding of a 1978 Management Analysis Comapny (MAC) report.
Although the investigation is not complete, this is to infom you that I have been infomed by OI that during this investigation, they were infomed of some additional audits of the Brown & Root (B&R) QA Program at Comanche Peak.
I have requested copies of these reports for review to determine whether these audits of the BAR QA Program should have been produced to the intervenor as part of CASE's 1980 interrogatories and will advise you of the results of our review.
