In accordance with the NRC procedures for Board Notifications, the enclosed 01 document entitled " Assist in Review of TUGC0 Investigation" is being provided. This document is a review by OI of a TUGC0 corporate security investigation of allegations of harassment and intimidation against walkdown engineers for the Unit I cable tray hanger as-built walkdown group.

The issue of intimidation and harassment has been discussed during the hearings for Comanche Peak. Therefore, this document is deemed relevant and material, and is provided to the Board and parties in full (except for certain names which have been deleted).
