SECY-93-016 - Letter Recuestina Publication of Federal Reaister Notice Recardina Procosed Issuance of Operatina License for Comanche Peak Unit 2 The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, approved an order responding to a request by the Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation asking that the Commission offer a hearing on the proposed issuance of an operating license for Unit 2 of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
The order denied CFUR's request for a discretionary offer of reopened hearings on the Comanche Peak Unit 2 operating license.
(Subsequently, on January 29, 1993, the Secretary signed the Order.)
