1 As required by the " Agreement Establishing Guidance for NRC Inspection Activities at the Paducan and Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants Between the Department of Energy Regulatory Oversight Manager and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission," we are forwarding the following information.

This issue refers to a concern raised prior to the March 3,1997, transfer of regulatory oversite l to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
