1 As required by the " Agreement Establishing Guidance for NRC Inspection Activities at the Paducan and Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants Between the Department of Energy Regulatory Oversight Manager and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission," we are forwarding the following information.
The enclosure was received by the U.S. NRC Region 11 office from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and refers to U.S. Department of Labor Case #1102326. This issue refers to a concern raised prior to the March 3,1997, transfer of regulatory oversite l
to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
