AT 1100 HOURS ON 9/29/99 SECURITY PERSONNEL DETERMINED THAT CLASSIFIED INFORMATION WAS INCLUDED ON AN UNCLASSIFIED SLIDE THAT WAS USED DURING A CLASSIFICATION BRIEFING. ALL PERSONNEL IN THE BRIEFING WERE CLEARED PERSONNEL AND THE BRIEFING WAS CONDUCTED WITHIN THE LIMITED AREA. THE PAGE CONTAINING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION WAS REMOVED FROM ALL PRESENTATIONS, SAVE ONE, AND DESTROYED IN AN APPROVED SHREDDER ALONG WITH THE TRANSPARENCY OF THE SLIDE. THE REMAINING PAGE HAD THE INFORMATION REMOVED AND THE REDACTED RECORD COPY WAS RETURNED TO ITS OWNER.
