Dear Mr. Adkins:

Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Report prepared to ::.:pport resolution and closure of Violation 70-7002/97-203-03. The violation concerned the failure to have adequate benchmarks in your validation report to support analysis involving models of uranium systems between 5 wt% and 20 wt% enriched.
