During a process of Marking up MG Set #167 the operator -

inadvertently tripped the supply breaker for. power board #167..

This power board supplies certain components _of th'e ECCS' system wJth motive valve energy as well:as indicating lights for valve position. This event was. discovered during a weekly

  • management review of plant operations and further reviewed during a SORC.
