l l

The plant operated during the month of October 1998 with a Unit Availability Factor of i

100.0% and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 97.6%. There were no challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves or Safety Valves. Reductions in Capacity Factor were minimal. Load was reduced due to a #124 Feedwater Heater high level trip and to recover control rod 02-31 following maintenance.
