NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE The station operated during the month of May 1998 with a Unit Availability Factor of 16.9% and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 14.7%. Reductions in Capacity Factor were due to a forced ' outage which started on April 28,1998 and was completed l
on May 26,1998. The unit was removed from service due to inoperability of Control Room Emergency Ventilation System. Necessary modifications were made prior to staitup. The unit was placed back in service on May 26,1998 @ 1755.
