NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE The plant operated during the month of July 1998 with a Unit Availability Factor of 100.0% and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 94.1%. Reductions in Capacity Factor were due to elevated lake temperatures and corresponding reductions in plant i efficiency. On July 7,1998, the unit commenced a Technical Specification required
