OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES The unit operated during the month of May 1999 with a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 0%. On April 11,1999 the unit was shutdown for #15 Refuel Outage. On May 8,1999 the refuel outage was extended to make core shroud repairs to V-9 and V-10 welds. The outage I

continues into June 1999. There were no challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves or Safety
