Dear Mr. Lamberski:

Please find enclosed Intervenor's Notice of Deposition of Kenneth Holmes; Paul Kochery; Kenneth Stokes; Tom Webb; Rick Odom; Skip Kitchens; Guss Williams; George Bockhold; James Bailey; Willian Shipman; Paul Rushton; Louis Ward; Cliff Miller; Mark Ajuluni; David Lisenby; Ken McCoy; George Hariston; Pat Mcdonald; Joe Farley; and A.W. Dahlberg. Intervenor proposes that the Augusta, Georgia depositions be convened at 1701 Kings Court, Grovetown, Georgia (Mr. Mosbaugh's residence) (alternatively, these depositions may be relocated to Atlanta if this proves to be more convenient to Licensee) . We are prepared to allow the remaining-depositions to take place in Atlanta, Georgia at the Troutman i Sanders law offices. )

Intervenor also plans to take depositions of NRC employees j during the week of July lith, and anticipates that these depositions will take place in Washington, D.C. In addition, Intervenor foresees the need to conduct follow-up depositions to the depositions herein noticed and hereby reserves July 30-31, 1994 for this purpose. )

1 (2) all information directly or indirectly relating to the reliability of the Plant Vogtle diesel generators or the air quality of said diesel generators; (3) all information transmitted between the plant Vogtle site and/or the SONOPCO/GPC Birmingham corporate offices that in any way concerns the diesel generators or site area emergency (4) all personally notes, log books, note books, personal calendars, taped memos, tape recordings or other documentation I prepared by the witness or which includes the thoughts or impressions of the witness for the time period of January 1, 1990 l l

through December 31, 1990.

maintained, reviewed or relied upon when performing any business function related to the start-up of plant Vogtle after the Site Area Emergency.

The deposition of each and every individual identified above ,
