Dear Mr. Lamberski:
As you are aware, I undertook a revicu of documents at your offices last week.
During this time I uncovered a document in one of the " buckets" that had a marking on it indicating that it was
" Exhibit 2" to some thing.
Upon inquiry I-was advised that this document was inadvertently included in the documents being produced and that it correlated to an oral presentation Georgia Power Company made to the United States Attorney's office in Atlanta.
At that time I requested that you provide me with all of documents presented to the U.S.
Attorney's office.
I was advised that Georgia Power was unwilling to specifically identify what documents were presented to the U.S. Attorney's office but was assured that all of these documents were somewhere located within the 60,000 pages of documents otherwise being produced.
When I inquired whether the other documents would include similar markings (i.e.,
would indicate the exhibit number), I was advised that they do not.
Indeed, after reviewing some two thirds of the documentation, I could not uncover eny other document with similar markings.
I request that yot. immediately identify and forward copies of every document presented, shown or otherwise relied upon during discussions Georgia Power or its representatives had with the U.S.
Attorneys of fice (including affidavits shown or discussed with the U.S.
Attorney's office).

keeping the discovery process open and cooperative, I look forward to hearing from you in the next few days.
