This letter confirms our agreement, reached at yesterday's conference and adopted as a Licensing Board order, that Interve-nor will respond to GPC's proposed stipulations on the diesel generator issues as a request for admissions. .Our proposed stip-ulations were provided under cover letter, dated March l', 1994, from John Lamberski to you and Charles Barth. Pursuant to our agreement, please provide us by June 30, 1994, a written response in accordance with 10 C.F.R. S 2.742(b).
