2-IIO2A/1105A Addendum 1 Revision 0, which is entitled
" Equipment Qualification Test Report, ASCO Solenoid Valve Qualification to a Derated Westinghouse Generic LOCA/MSLB Profile."
This report documents the thermal lag analysis performed by Westinghouse for the model NP8316 ASCO solenoid valve, which analysis is discussed in the Affidavits of Richard Miller and Victor Gonzales.
This document contains information that is proprietary to Westinghouse and is being provided to you under the terms of the Agreement As to Disclosure of Proprietary Information that you entered into with Westinghouse in June 1984.
That agreement restricts the disclosure of such proprietary information to those persons that are signators to the agreement, who consist of yourself, Tim Johnson, Doug Teper, and Marc Merlin.
