In accordance with Srecification 6.5.1.F of the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, the Nebraska Public Power District submits the Cooper Nuclear Station Semi-Annual Radioactive Material Release Report for the period January 1,1993, through June 30, 1993.
A land use census is taken every year for the area within three miles of the plant as required by Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specification 4.21.F. The
, census data is used in performing calculations, and the results of these calculations appear in the Cooper Nuclear Station Semi-Annual Radioactive Material Release Report. For the Report for this period, land use census data from 1992 and 1993 was used. Typically only 1993 data would be used, but because of the flooding which occurred around Cooper Nuclear Station, a census representative of the conditions of the first half of 1993 could not be taken.
Details concerning this change are given in the Semi-Annual Radioactive Material Release Report for January 1, 1993, through June 30, 1993, on page B116 of Appendix B and page C4 of Appendix C.
