Initial notification of the reportable deficiencies was made to NRC-CIE, Inspector R. W. Wright, on May 5 for Nti-10 and May 13, 1980, for deficiencies NCR HTN QEB 80-01, PBN QEB 80-01. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, enclosed is the first interim report for the reportable deficiencies.
