6 ENCLOSURE Supplement.to Final Response to NRC Letter From C. E. Fbrphy to H. G. Parris Da te d Feb ru ary 3, 1981 (Peference Report Nos. 50-553/80-18 and 50-554/80-16)
This supplement responds to the Notice of Violation described in Appendix A of the OIE Inspection Report referenced above.
(4) Corrective Steps Taken to Avoid Further Violations (d) A rebar verification group has been instituted to work directly with the construction trade forces during their installation processes. This group is structured within the Project Engineering-Civil Unit and has the function to guide construction person'nel and correct discrepancies before they become a problem of complex nature or have reached a stage of nonecnformance. Verification prior to final inspection should eliminate errors caused with the rebar structure.
