ENCLOSURE FINAL RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 80-23 HARTSVILLE AND PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANTS (DOCKET NOS. STN 50-518, -519, -520
-521, -553, -554)
TVA has completed its investigation of items addressed in OIE Bulletin 80-23 and has determined that the subject Valcor solenoid
- valves having part Nos. V70900-21-1 or 3 are not used at Hartsville or Phipps Bend.
Approximately 10 man-hours were expended in the review of these facilities.
