Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On February 6, 1981, TVA submitted its initial response to C. E. Murphy's January 14, 1981, 1stter which transmitted Inspection Report Nos. 50-518/80-24 and 50-520/80-24.
As stated in our response, TVA has asked GE to document actions taken concerning handling ECN's and updating drawings. The GE response is not expected until late April. Accordingly, we will file our final respense on this violation on or before May 31, 1981.
This letter constitutes TVA's second interim response to the aforementioned inspection report.
