Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-416/417 File 0260/15525/15526 PRD-80/46, Interim Report #2, Expansion Anchors AECM-80/282 On August 4, 1980, Mississippi Power & Light Company notified Mr. C. R. McFarland of your office of a Potentially Reportable De-ficiency (PRD) at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (CGNS) construction site. The deficiency concerns installation of expansion anchors for conduit hangers, instrument process tubing, and air supply sup-ports without proper approval. An interim report of our progress in evaluating the extent of the deficiency and impact on safe operations of the plant is at-tached. of the Work Plan Procedure and the restricted areas defined by ! the Specification. IV.
