BE FORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, on this day personally appeared Pr$) illa Reznikoff who, being by. me duly I sworn, on her oath' deposed and said as follows: --

eighteen years and I am competent to make this affidavit. l "I reside at 6001 Forest Hill. Drive, Fort Worth, Texas l 76119. I have been a member of the Citizens for Fair Utility j Regulation since 1977. I authorize the filing of the foregoing i petition on my behalf. My children and I use the area within l 1 fifty miles of the plant for outdoor activities including l canoeing, camping and hiking. We visit the recreational area in j 1-Dinosaur Park and a nearby wildlife park. I am concerned about the danger to the health and safety of me and my children posed by the norma 3 operations of Comanche Peak and by possible l i

1 accidents. I believe operation of the plant under routine circumstances will cause harm to my h'ealth und that of my family through the ingestion of radioactive materials in my food, air l

and water. Further, I am concerned that due to the failure to l design and construct ! Comanche Peak properly, there is a 1.
