I have performed my work at Brown and Root to the best of my ability, and hafe always received an excellent or good performance rating from my supervisor. He explained how the polygraph test worked, and said it didn't make any difference if I were nervous because it didn't work on the nerves, and that everyone was nervous when they took it. He gave me a paper to read and sign, saying I knew I didn't have to take the polygraph test, but I signed agreeing to take it because I knew that anyone who refused was fired. I tried to answer all his questions to the best of my ability, but I wasn't giving him the answers he wanted to hear, and as time passed he became very abusive and upset with me. He asked if I had ever used marijuana on the plant site. I told him no. He asked if I had ever delivered it as a Christmas present or anything else, and I told him no. He asked if I had ever told a lie of any importance.

I told him I had. He wanted to know what it was, but I couln't remember. I told him I thought a lie was important to whoever it was told to. He asked me if I considered myself a lier since I told lies. I told him if a person lied I guessed they were a lier. He said then your a lier right. I didn tr answer him. This had been going on for two hours, and he had started screaming at me. I didn't know what to do or what to say. I asked him to give me the polygraph test, but he said he couldn't because I hidn't have any morals, and anyone without morals couldn't take the test. He finaly said that we didn't have time to finish that day because it was past time for me to leave. He went outside the office and talked with the other men. One of the men told me to'be there at 8:30 the next morning, and that I would answer yes or no to their questions, and that I wouldn't give them any more shit. He told me to go home and that I
