THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public in and for Dallas County, Texas, on this day personally appeared 30E B. GEORGE, who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:

My name is Joe B. George. I am presently a Vice President of the Generating Division of Texas Utilities Electric Company. On July 22, 1987, Mr. Wooldridge showed to me a document dated June 9,1978 from me to Henry O. Kirkland entitled, " Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station 1981-83 2300 MW Installation M AC QA Audit Report of May I thru 12, 1978" and a document dated September I
18, 1978 to me from Janet Hess for 3. T. Merritt, Jr. entitled " Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station 1981-83 2300 MW Installation Storage of S.S. Components at C.P."
Several days before, Mr. Wooldridge had also shown to me a document dated May 26,1978 from Henry O. Kirkland to E. G. Gibson, 3. T. Merritt, Jr., and l
U. D.
Douglas entitled, " Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station 1981-83 2300 Megawatt Installation TUGCO Audit Report," on which I am shown to have received a copy.
While I obviously must have been aware of them in 1978, I do not recall these items of correspondence, nor do I recall ever receiving a copy of the Management Analysis Company report attached to them, or reading same until a copy of such report was sent to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board by Mr. Wooldridge in late May,1985.
I have reviewed the affidavit which I gave in connection with the MAC Report investigation on August 8,1985. Other than the change in my job title, as d
