COUNTY OF DALLAS BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority and notary public in and for Dallas County, Texas, on this day personally appeared E. G. GIBSON, 3R., who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
My name is E. G. Gibson, Jr. I am presently employed by Impell Pacific and I work for Impell Pacific at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station project site.
On Wednesday, July 22,1987, Mr. Wooldridge showed to me a document dated May 26,1978 from Henry O. Kirkland addressed to me, 3. T. Merritt, Jr., and U. D.
Douglas entitled, "Coinanche Peak Steam Electric Station 1981-83 2300 Megawatt Installation TUGCO Audit Report."
j While I may have, I do not recall receiving a copy of this correspondence in May of 1978, or at anytime thereaf ter, nor do I recall ever receiving a copy of the report attached to it, or reading same, until shown to me this date.
I have reviewed the affidavit which I gave in connection with the MAC Report inv' tigation on August 12,1985. The statements that I made at that time concerning my knowledge of the M AC Report remain true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
