My name is John C. Finneran, Jr.
I am presently employed by Texas Utilities Generating Company as Project Discipline Supervisor - Pipe Support Engineer,ing at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
I held this same position on December 31, 1984.
In 1978 I was employed by Texas Utilities Services Inc.
in Dallas with the Technical Services group.
I became aware of the MAC report earlier this year trom newspaper publicity and from general conversations at the Comanche Peak site.
I did not know that Management Analysis Company ("MAC")
haddoneareviewoftheQualityAssuranceProgramatbomanchePeak in 1978.
I have not read the MAC report and did not participate in any discussions regarding whether the MAC report should be produced in response to the discovery request by the Intervenor, 8512100405 851206 PDR ADOCK 0500 5
