In December, 1984 I was employed by Ebasco in the position of Chief Engineer, Applied Physics.
I'became aware that Management Analysis Company
("MAC") had performed a management quality assurance review of the Comanche Peak project from newspaper publicity and ASLB documents in mid-1985.
I was not aware that MAC had prepared a report on the project, and I have neither seen nor read the MAC report.
'I was not aware that in July, 1980 the Intervenor, CASE, had a request for discovery of evaluations, studies and audits at Comanche Peak, and I did not participate in any discussions regarding 8512100410 851206 PDR ADOCK 05000445 G
whether or not any report prepared by MAC should be produced in response to such discovery requests.
